Delete your Krellot account

Krellot (published by Krellot LLC — the mobile app is the package ai.krellot.app) lets you delete your account and all its data yourself, from your account settings on the web at https://krellot.ai. Deletion is permanent: it removes your account and everything your organization created, and it cannot be undone.

Delete your account yourself

1. Sign in at https://krellot.ai.
2. Open Settings and select the Subscription tab (https://krellot.ai/settings?tab=subscription).
3. If you have an active paid plan, cancel it first — the delete option appears once there is no active subscription.
4. In the Danger zone section at the bottom, choose Delete account.
5. Pick a reason, then type your account email exactly as registered. That typed email is the confirmation.
6. Confirm. If you run an agency with linked clients, you are shown how many and asked to confirm once more.

By email

If you can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address registered on the account, stating that you want your account and data deleted. We respond within the time frames set by applicable law: up to 45 days under CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state laws, one month (extendable to three) under GDPR, and 15 days under Brazil's LGPD.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, hashed password, language and profile settings.
• Everything your organization created: brands, ideas, scripts, carousels, stories, calendar events, library items, brain entries, analyses and chat conversations.
• Your posts and comments on the in-app suggestions forum are anonymized — the thread survives without your identity attached.
• Push notification tokens registered by your devices.

What we keep, and for how long

• Billing and transaction records, for the period required by tax and accounting law — a minimum of seven (7) years in the United States.
• Support communications, for up to three (3) years from the last interaction, unless needed for legal defense.
• Technical and security logs, for up to two (2) years, or longer while investigating an incident.
• Aggregated and anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you, indefinitely.
• Anything a live dispute, claim or legal proceeding requires us to preserve, until it is resolved.

If you run an agency with linked clients

Your client accounts are not deleted with yours. Before deletion completes, the app tells you how many linked clients you have and asks you to confirm: they are unlinked from your agency and moved to the free plan, and their own brands and content are kept. Only they can delete their own accounts.
